国标优质稻广胜软占的种性研究与应用

Characteristic of a new,high-quality rice variety Guangsheng Ruanzhan and its application

广胜软占是一个食味品质稳定性好的国标优质稻品种,在两年两季广东省早造区试中食味品质鉴定分均为80分,达国标优质二级的食味品质标准。广胜软占有广泛的应用前景,可以直接推广种植,为农业生产和稻米企业服务,也是一份珍贵的种质资源,在水稻育种研究和食味品质研究等方面均有重要价值。

Guangsheng Ruanzhan was derived from a cross between shengyou, Qimiaoxiang and Yinhuazhan, and approved at Guangdong provincial level in 2007. Its taste scores were both marked 80 in the continous two-year early crop season trails from 2006 to 2007 in Guangdong province, which is up to Grade 2 in national standard of taste. Because of its good eating quality, Guangsheng Ruanzhan can be planted directly for rice production, and it is also a valuable genetic resource for research and improvement of taste quality rice.
