摘要
以20%聚乙二醇溶液(PEG6000)为渗透介质模拟干旱条件,研究了人工水分胁迫对4份不同基因型小麦品种幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:经20%PEG6000胁迫处理后,4个参试小麦品种的胚芽鞘长度、胚根长度以及小麦幼苗鲜重都呈下降趋势,其中郑麦9023的下降幅度最大且与矮抗58、周麦18和豫麦49品种间差异显著,说明郑麦9023在种子萌发期抵御干旱的能力相对较弱。
We studied the ability of germination and growth of four different genotypc wheat varieties in seedling with different drought-resistance under 20% PEG 6000 (w/v) stress. The result showed : under 20% PEG 6000 (w/v) osmotic stress, the length of coleoptiles and major radicles and seedling fresh weight of the four wheat varieties were all restrained obviously. But the degree of zhengmai9023 restrained was bigger and different from the drought-resistant cuhivars aikang58, zhoumail8 and yumai48 obviously. Through comprehensive analysis of these physiological and biochemical characters, it concluded that the drought resistance of zhengmai9023 was relatively weak.
