文山烟叶不同成熟度对品质的影响研究初探

摘要 对2011年度云南文山州3个成熟度的上、中、下烟叶3个部位的代表性等级烟叶研究结果表明:(1)上部成熟、中部和下部完熟烟叶的外观特性较好;(2)随着成熟度的增加,叶片的厚度、含梗率和叶面密度是降低的,而填充值是增加的;(3)上部适熟和成熟烟叶,以及中部和下部的成熟档次烟叶的常规化学成分较为协调;(4)上部和下部完熟烟叶,以及中部适熟烟叶的石油醚提取物含量较高;(5)3个部位的各前体物的降解产物均以适熟烟叶的含量较高;(6)3个部位均是成熟烟叶的感官品质较好。 In the year of 2011 Yunnan Wenshan 3 matuiity, leaf 3 site representative grade tobacco research results showed that: (1) the upper mature, middle and lower ripe tobacco appearance characteristics were good; (2) with the increase of maturity, the thickness of the blade, stem content and leaf density was reduced, and the filling value was increased; (3) the proper middle mature and mature leaves, and the middle and lower site's matuer leaf of routine chemical components were more harmonious; (4) upper and lower ripe tobacco, as well as middle site's middle matuer leaf petroleum ether extract content was higher; (5) the 3 part of the precursor of degradation products were middle matuer leaf of high content; (6) 3 parts are mature tobacco sensory quality was better.
