摘要
研究了插穗长度、取材部位、蔗糖、不同浓度NAA对大芽南蛇藤插穗成活率的影响。结果表明,插穗长度、取材部位对插穗的成活率均有一定的影响,1年生枝梢取材插穗12~16 cm较为合适,1年生嫩枝和硬枝截取插穗长度在9~13 cm较合适,2年生硬枝插穗长度一般不短于15 cm,硬枝带嫩梢的插穗成活率最高、达94%;蔗糖和NAA对大芽南蛇藤插穗成活率均有显著影响,在设计条件下,20 mg/L蔗糖配合50 mg/L NAA或单独使用100 mg/L NAA处理效果最好。
This experiment was carried out to determine the effects of different cutting length, material position, sucrose and NAA concentration on the survival rate of Celastrus gemmatus. The results showed that cutting length and collecting position both had a certain impact on the survival rate, the optimum cutting length was 12-16 em in shoots and 9-13 em in 1-year-old softwood and hardwood cuttings, and 2-year-old hardwood cuttings' length had better not less than 15 cm. The survival rate of cuttings from hardwood with a tender shoot was highest, which was up to 94%. Different eoncentration of sucrose and NAA had significant effects on the survival rate. In the designed conditions, the effect of 20 mg/L sucrose combined with 50 mg/L NAA treatment and 100 mg/L NAA alone treatment were the besl.
