摘要
黄龙病是柑橘生产上的一种毁灭性病害,该病在北美、南美、西亚、东亚和南亚的一些国家和地区时有发生,造成巨大的经济损失,严重威胁着世界柑橘产业。柑橘黄龙病的传统检测方法有病害田间诊断、指示作物鉴定、病原显微镜观察、血清学、DNA-DNA杂交和PCR检测等方法。近年来,美国一些科学家把高光谱图像技术应用在柑橘黄龙病检测领域,提高了检测速度,降低了检测成本。综述了国内外关于柑橘黄龙病检测诊断方面的研究进展,介绍了该领域传统检测方法的特点和存在问题以及高光谱图像检测技术的主要特点,着重介绍了高光谱图像技术在黄龙病检测方面的最新应用技术、设备和实例。提出了柑橘黄龙病诊断领域,在实现无损检测的前提下,降低成本、提高检测实时性和诊断速度的发展趋势。
Huanglongbing is a devastating disease in citrus and it has been reported in some regions and countries in North America, South America, West Asia, East Asia and South Asia where it has resulted in huge economic losses thereby posing a serious threat to the world's citrus industry. Field diagnosis, biological indexing,electron microscopy,serological identification,DNA-DNA hybridization and polymerase chain reaction are traditional diagnose methods for the detection of this disease. Recently, hyper-spectral techniques have been applied in this field by some scientists in USA, resulting in reduced costs and accelerated speed of detection of the citrus Huanglongbing. Recent advances in detection technique of citrus Huanglongbing, as well as the traditional diagnostic methodologies, were reviewed in this paper and the focus was on applied technologies, equipment and cases of the application of hyper-spectral for detecting Huanglongbing. On the basis of non-destructive testing in this field and lowering of costs, a faster and real-time diagnosis has been proposed.
