摘要
从广州地区采集鹅掌柴炭疽病病叶,经分离培养、致病性接种和再分离,并结合传统形态特征和扩增ITS片段对病原菌进行鉴定。结果表明,引起广州地区鹅掌柴炭疽病的病原菌是胶孢炭疽菌(Colletotrichum gloeosporioides Penz.)。
Anthracnose pathogen was isolated from Schefflera actinophylla, and species identification with the morphological character, pathogencity on plants and the sequence of ribosomal DNA-ITS were studied. The results indicated that the anthracnose pathogen of Schefflera actinophylla belonged to the species Colletotrichum gloeosporioides Penz. in Guangzhou.
