摘要
用溶藻弧菌对体重为23.86(±3.95)g的健康罗氏沼虾分别进行浸浴、投喂和注射感染试验,并在注射感染96 h内和20 d后测定虾组织中过氧化氢酶(CAT)、总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)及碱性磷酸酶(AKP)的活性。结果显示:注射感染对罗氏沼虾的致死作用最明显,其中培养物离心液组罗氏沼虾的成活率最低。感染96h内CAT、T-SOD、GSH-Px和AKP的活性变化较为显著;感染20 d后仅肌肉组织T-SOD和ACP活性各组间存在显著差异。结果表明,培养物离心液的毒性很强;注射感染较适合短时间内取样感染;酶活测定感染浓度应选择106cell/mL;溶藻弧菌对罗氏沼虾免疫相关酶活指标的影响较大,其中CAT、T-SOD、GSH-Px和AKP对病原反应较为敏感。
The bath, feeding and inject infection were done to the health Macrobraehium rosenbergii with Vibrio alginolyticus respectively, the average weight was 23.86 (±3.95)g. And we determined CAT, T-SOD, GSH-Px, ACP and AKP activity of the Macrobrachium rosenbergii's tissue within 96 h and 20 d later after injecting infection.The results showed that inject infection had the most obvious lethal effect, and the culture centrifugate group had the lowest survival rate. CAT, T-SOD, GSH-Px and AKP activity changed significantly within 96 h. Only T-SOD and ACP activity of muscle tissue had significant differences after infecting 20 d. The results of this study indicated that the toxicity of culture centrifugate was very strong; inject infection was suitable for short time sampling; the infection concentration of enzymatie activity determination should choose 106 cell/mL; immune enzyme activities of Mocrobroehium rosenbergii were affected by Vibrio olginolyticus very significantly, among them, CAT, T-SOD, GSH-Px and AKP were sensitive indecies.
