摘要
以硅藻精土为混凝剂、絮体颗粒为过滤介质,研究了集混凝、沉淀、过滤于一体的絮体床过滤技术对生活污水的处理效果。结果表明,在表面负荷为1.59 m3/(m2·h)、硅藻精土投加量为200 mg/L的条件下,系统在80 min内即可完成启动;系统运行稳定后,对生活污水的处理效果良好,出水COD、TP、SS、浊度平均值分别为38 mg/L、0.24 mg/L、5.2 mg/L、4.9 NTU,平均去除率分别为85.2%、94.9%、95.5%、94.3%;另外,系统对氨氮也有一定的去除效果,平均去除率为22.6%。一体化絮体床过滤系统的出水水质稳定,抗冲击负荷能力强,当表面负荷由1.59 m3/(m2·h)增至5.57 m3/(m2·h)时,出水浊度和COD仍可分别稳定在5 NTU和50 mg/L以下。
The treatment efficiency of domestic sewage by integrated floc bed filtration (IFBF) system combining coagulation, sedimentation and filtration was investigated with refined diatomite as flocculant and floc particles as filtration media. The results showed that 80 rain was required for start-up of the reactor when the surface loading was 1.59 m^3/( m^2 · h) and diatomite dosage was 200 mg/L. The COD, TP, SS and turbidity in the effluent were 38 mg/L, 0.24 mg/L, 5.2 mg/L and 4.9 NTU with corresponding removal rates of 85.2%, 94.9%, 95.5% and 94.3%, respectively. For ammonia nitrogen, the removal rate was 22.6%. The IFBF system achieved stable effluent quality and high resistance to shock loading. When surface loading was increased from 1.59 to 5.57 m^3/(m^2 · h), turbidity and COD in the effluent were kept below 5 NTU and 50 mg/L, respectively.
