辐流式二沉池水质信息场的测量与分析

摘要 污水处理厂中的辐流式二沉池通常采用中心进水周边出水式与周边进水周边出水式。以成都市三瓦窑污水处理厂的一期周边进水周边出水辐流式二沉池与二期中心进水周边出水辐流式二沉池为研究对象,采用YSI6600 V2仪器分别对其中的溶解氧、硝酸盐氮、氨氮、浊度等参数进行了测量,分析了这些水质指标在二沉池内的分布规律及其产生的原因,并着重讨论了这两种辐流式二沉池的流态对其水质参数分布产生的影响。在实际运行中,三瓦窑污水处理厂二期中心进水周边出水辐流式二沉池的污泥沉降能力优于一期周边进水周边出水辐流式二沉池,这个结果受到进水中活性污泥混合液性质的影响,而与理论分析结果相反。 Radial flow secondary sedimentation tanks in wastewater treatment plants usually adopt the centre-feed peripheral-overflow type and the peripheral-feed peripheral-overflow type. Instrument YSI6600 V2 was employed to measure DO, NO3 - N, NH3 - N and turbidity in the secondary sedimentation tank with peripheral-feed peripheral-overflow of phase 1 project, and in the secondary sedimentation tank with centre-feed peripheral-overflow of phase 2 project at Sanwayao WWTP in Chengdu. The distri- bution characteristics and the sensitivities of the wastewater quality parameters in the secondary sedimen- tation tanks were analyzed. The effect of different flow patterns in the secondary sedimentation tanks on the wastewater quality parameters was discussed. In the operation, the settleability of sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank with centre-feed peripheral-overflow of phase 2 project was better than that in the secondary sedimentation tank with peripheral-feed peripheral-overflow of phase 1 project. The result was affected by properties of the activated sludge mixture in influent, which was contrary to the analytical result.
