摘要
目的了解北京市在校大学生的健康技能水平及影响因素,为制订和开展大学生健康教育工作提供依据。方法整群随机抽取北京市6所高校905名大学生进行健康知识及健康技能调查。结果大学生健康技能掌握率为68.95%(624/905);不同专业、不同年级及是否选修健康教育课大学生健康技能掌握程度不同,差异有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果表明,专业类型、健康知识得分对大学生健康技能水平的影响均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。大学生对网络的依赖程度较高。结论大学生健康技能水平与专业因素有关。应有针对性的开展健康技能方面的教育和咨询服务,充分利用互联网提供大学生自主获取知识的平台。
Objective To investigate the level of health skill of college students in Beijing, so as to provide scientific basis for developing strategies of health education and intervention among college students. Methods The survey about health knowledge and health skills in a sample of 905 college students from 6 universities in Beijing, who were selected by random cluster sampling. Results About 68.95% of the college students acquired the health skills. Besides, the proportions of acquiring the health skills were different due to majors and the differences were statistically significant. By Logistic regression analysis, it was found that the influence of major and the health knowledge score on the health skill had statistical significance [ P〈0.05 ). The college students re- lied on the Internet heavily. Conclusion Major has an impact on the level of health skill, health education and consultant service about health skill should be given scientifically, and Internet should be made full use for students to get health knowledge actively.
