摘要
目的探讨民办高校毕业生的职业决策自我效能状况及其与就业焦虑的关系,为开展就业指导工作提供依据。方法采用"大学生职业决策自我效能量表"和"就业焦虑诊断问卷",对随机整群抽取的525名民办高校毕业生进行问卷调查。结果民办高校毕业生的性别、专业和实践经历对职业决策自我效能总体及在某些维度上的影响均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05);民办高校毕业生职业决策自我效能与就业焦虑呈负相关(P<0.01),职业决策自我效能总分与自我评价维度得分对就业焦虑有显著的影响力和预测力(P<0.01)。结论民办高校毕业生职业决策自我效能与就业焦虑密切相关。
Objective To explore the career decision-making self-efficacy of private university graduates and its relations with occupational anxiety, Methods Using career decision-making self-efficacy scale and occupational anxiety questionnaire, 525 private university graduates were tested and the results are statistically analyzed. Results The career decision-making self-efficacy of private university graduates is extremely significant worse than norm( P〈0. 01 } ; The gender, major and internship experience are the factors of the career of decision-making self-efficacy of private university graduates ( P〈0.05 } ; The private university graduates " career decision-mak'ing self-efficacy are negatively correlated with occupational anxiety ; from private universities is worse than that of the freshman from public universities ( P〈0. 01 ) ; Career decision-making self-efficacy and self-evaluation are effective predictive variables of occupational anxiety ( P〈0.01 ). Conclusion There is close relationship between career decision-making self-efficacy and occupational anxiety of graduates from public university.
