摘要
日照是人类生存和保障人体健康的基本要素之一,住宅能获得充足的日照是保证居室卫生、提高舒适度等居住环境质量的重要因素。随着城市化进程的不断发展,高层建筑不断增多,使住宅日照矛盾日益突出和敏感。该文结合城市居住区规划设计规范,从建筑气候区划、城市的地理纬度与规模大小、日照标准年、日照标准日、有效日照时间带、日照时数、日照时间计算起点等方面对住宅日照计算参数进行综合研究,得出了住宅日照相关计算参数。对于规范各地住宅日照的计算,加强住宅日照标准的可操作性具有指导意义,同时可为住宅日照计算标准的制定提供理论依据。
Sunlight is one of the basic elements of the human survival and to ensure the health, Enough sunshine is the important factor to guarantee the living environment quality such as healthy and comfort. With the development of the urbanization process, high rise buildings are increasing which made the sunlight contradiction between buildings outstanding and sensitive increasingly. According to the urban residential area planning design standard, we study the comprehensive situation of architecture climate zoning, the city's geographical latitude and its size the reference year of sunlight assessment, the day of sunlight assessment, the period of effective sunlight, the sunlight duration time and the point of sunlight calculation etc, and obtain the sunlight calculation parameters. It has theoretical guiding significance for standardize the local sunlight calculation, and guarantee the implementation of urban and planning, strengthen the maneuverability of sunlight standard. At the same time, it provides evidence for making sunshine calculation standard.
