摘要
该文以漳州市南凌项目区新城开发为例,阐述了新城建设的多种理念与模式选择,摒弃传统的单一模式的新城开发迷局,先从理论上解析了多种城市建设理念和新城开发模式,接着以本项目为例,具体阐述了如何融合多种城市建设理念建设现代新城,并进行实证讨论。
This article takes the Zhangzhou Nanling project metro planning as the example, elaborates the variety of metro construction concepts and mode choice, abandons the traditional single mode of the metro planning, first from theoretic analysis of urban construction concept and metro development model, and then taking the project as an example, we expound how to fuse multiple city construction concept of the modern city, and carry on the positive discussion.
