摘要
目的对茉莉花茎黄酮的抗氧化作用进行研究。方法以95%乙醇为溶剂,超声辅助法提取茉莉花茎中的黄酮;采用比色法测定茉莉花茎黄酮对DPPH.和O2-.两种自由基的清除作用以及还原能力。结果茉莉花茎黄酮对两种自由基都有明显的清除作用,清除能力为DPPH.>O2-.;对Fe3+也具有较强的还原能力。结论清除率与浓度存在明显的量效关系,当黄酮浓度为0.3 mg/ml时,其清除率O2-.为22.9%,DPPH.为80.3%;还原Fe3+能力随黄酮的浓度增加而增强。
Objective To study the antioxidant effect of flavanone of the eaudexes of Jasminum sam bac. Methods The flavonoids were extracted with ethanol as the solvent from the caudexes of Jasminum sam hac air by ultrasonic wave. Spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of the flavanone of the caudexes of Jasminum sam bac . The effect of extracts from the caudexes of Jasminum sam bae on DPPH . and superoxide redicals and Fe3 + was studied. Results Total flavanone from the caudexes of Jasminum sam bac air had scavenging activity against DPPH and superoxide radicals and evident reduction. When the content of the total flavanone of the candexes of Jasminum sam bac was flavanone = 0.3 mg/ml, the clearance rate of DPPH and superoxide redicals were 80.3% and 22.9%. Conclusion The flavonoid of jasmimin sar has obvious antioxidant activity and reductive capaity.
