摘要 通过比较中美图书馆员继续教育的相关法律体系、组织与管理体制、普及化与制度化程度、教育内容与模式、要求与激励机制可知,我国图书馆员继续教育存在法规及政策保障缺失、宏观统筹规划与协调缺乏、对继续教育理论研究不够等问题。因此,我国应尽快组建全国范围内跨系统的权威性图书情报学继续教育管理机构,注重法律法规建设并完善馆员继续教育的相关制度,加强继续教育的理论研究,以理论指导并推动实践发展。 Through comparing the relevant legislation system,the organization and management mechanism,the popularize and institutionalized level,the educational content and mode,the requirement and incentive mechanism of the continuing education of librarians in China and America,we could find out that there are some problems in the continuing education of librarians in China,such as lack of the legal and policy guarantee,lack of the macroscopical planning and coordination,lack of theory researches on the continuing education of librarians.Therefore,we should establish the national cross-system and authoritative continuing education management institution of the library and information science as soon as possible,pay attention to the construction of laws and regulations,perfect relevant systems of the continuing education of librarians,strengthen theory researches on the continuing education of librarians,and guide and promote the practice using the theory.
