摘要
研究了用正丁基缩水甘油醚(BGE)稀释后的环氧树脂(E-51)作为修复剂的黏结强度影响因素和黏结固化机理,分析了水泥基体中固化剂掺量、黏结试件的修复养护温度和养护时间对修复效果的影响。基于Kssinger和Crane方程分别对BGE固化剂进行了固化动力学分析,结果表明:固化反应在BGE掺量15%、体系活化能最低、反应级数最小。
By using epoxy resin (E-51 ) which diluted by butyl glycidyl ether ( BGE ) as the factors of affecting bond strength of restoration and the mechanism of cohere solidify, analyze how the restoration effect is affecting by the dosage of cement matrix curing agent and the maintenance temperature and time of restoration of bond specimens.According to the result of analysis of curing dynamics of BGE curing agent by using Kissinger and Crane equation respectively, it finds that the curing reaction has 15% BGE content,the system activation energy is lowest 、reaction series is minimum.
