化痰逐瘀解毒汤治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床研究

An observation on antidote decoction eliminating phlegm and remove blood stasis to treat 180 cases of ankylotic spondylitis

目的 观察化痰逐瘀解毒汤治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效。方法 1 0 0例患者随机分为 2组 ,治疗组 60例 ,口服化痰逐瘀解毒汤煎剂 ;对照组 40例 ,口服独活寄生汤煎剂。 2组均水煎服 ,每日 1剂 ,1个月为 1个疗程 ,连服 1～ 3个疗程统计疗效。结果 治疗组总有效率为 95% ,对照组总有效率为 75% ,2组对比差异显著 ( P <0 .0 1 )。结论 化痰逐瘀解毒汤治疗强直性脊柱炎疗效确切。

Objective To investigate the effect of antidote decoction eliminating phlegm and remove blood stasis for treating ankylotic spondylitis. Methods 100 Patients with ankylotic spondylitis were randomly divided into treatment group (n=60), which were treated by antidote decoction eliminating phlegm and remove blood stasis, and control group (n=40), which were treated only by Duhuojisheng decoction, in both groups therapeutic course is 30 days. Effect was analyzed after three therapeutic courses. Results The total effective rate was significantly higher in treatment group (95%) compared with those in control group (75%, P<0.01). Conclusions Antidote decoction eliminating phlegm and remove blood stasis is an effective prescription for the treatment of ankylotic spondylitis.
