芪苈保肺汤配合黄芪注射液、复方丹参注射液治疗慢性支气管炎疗效观察

Observation of combination of Qili Baofei decoction and Huangqi injection Fufang Danshen injection on the treatment of chronic bronchitis.

目的 观察芪苈保肺汤配合黄芪注射液、复方丹参注射液治疗慢性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法 选择迁延期慢性支气管炎患者 1 2 3例 ,治疗组 86例内服中药芪苈保肺汤 (日 1剂 ,水煎服 ) ,并配合黄芪注射液 40 ml、复方丹参注射液 1 0～ 1 6ml加入 5%～ 1 0 %葡萄糖液 2 50 ml中静脉滴注 ;对照组 37例口服气管炎咳嗽痰喘丸 (每次 30粒 ,每日 2次 )。疗程均为 30日。结果 治疗组总有效率为 89.53% ,对照组总有效率为 78.38% ,经统计学处理有显著性差异 (χ2 =6.2 6,P<0 .0 5) ,治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论 芪苈保肺汤配合黄芪注射液、复方丹参注射液静脉滴注治疗迁延期慢性支气管炎疗效显著。

Objective To observate the clinical effect of combination of Qili Baofei decoction and Huangqi injection Fufang Danshen injection on the treatment of chronic bronchitis. Methods 123 patients with persisting type chronic bronchitis were randomly allocated to two groups. In treatment group (n=86) combination of Qili Baofei decoction and Huangqi injection Fufang Danshen injection were utilized and in control group (n=37) only Cough Tanchuan pall was applied, with a therapeutic duration of 30 days. Results The cure rate was significantly higher in treatment group (89.53%) compared with those in control group (78.38%, P<0.05). Conclusions Combination of Qili Baofei decoction and Huangqi injection Fufang Danshen injection can produced definite effect on persisting type chronic bronchitis.
