清脑安神汤对精神分裂症和抑郁症患者眼球结膜和甲襞微循环的影响

Clinical investigation of Qingnao Anshen decoction on hemorrheology in the patients with schizophrenia and depression

目的 研究中药清脑安神汤对精神分裂症和抑郁症患者眼球结膜 ( BCM)和甲襞微循环 ( NFM)的影响。方法 研究分 3组 ,精神分裂症组 32例 ,抑郁症组 30例 ,正常人组 30例 ,观测清脑安神汤治疗前、后精神分裂症和抑郁症患者 BCM和 NFM[血管形态、血液流态和血管周围状态 (管周状态 ) ]的情况。结果 2症患者 BCM和 NFM三方面的积分治疗前均较正常人组增高 ( P <0 .0 5) ;治疗前、后亦差异明显 ( P <0 .0 1或 0 .0 5) ,表明中药清脑安神汤能改善 2症的BCM和 NFM。结论 清脑安神汤具有活血通络、开窍醒脑的作用 ,可调节和改善精神分裂症和抑郁症患者微循环。

Objective To study the effect of Qingnao Anshen decoction on hemorrheology in the patients with schizophrenia and depression. Methods Patients were divided into three groups: schizophrenia group (32 cases), depression group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases), and 10 indexes of hemorrheology in the patients were analyzed to evaluate effect of Qingnao Anshen decoction. Results As compared with those in pretreatment, the indexes in both post treatment were improved significantly (P<0.05,P<0.01). Conclusions Qingnao Anshen decoction is able to improve and adjust microcirculation of patients with schizophrenia and depression.
