健脾和胃降逆汤治疗恶性肿瘤病人化疗引起呕吐临床研究

Therapeutic effect of Jianpi Hewei Jiangni decoction on controlling vomit induced by chemotherapy of malignant tumor

目的 观察健脾和胃降逆汤治疗恶性肿瘤病人化疗引起呕吐的疗效。方法 恶性肿瘤患者 2 1 6例 ,随机分组。治疗组予健脾和胃降逆汤 ,每日 1次 ,从化疗前 1天晚上开始服 ,1 2 h 1次。对照组从化疗前 1天晚上开始予异丙嗪 2 5mg,日 2次 ,维生素 B61 0 mg,日 3次 ,口服 ;胃复安2 0 mg,日 2次 ,肌注。观察患者体重、消化道反应情况、化疗完成情况。结果 化疗中断率、体重增加率、呕吐治疗总有效率及治愈率 ,2组比较有显著或极显著差异 ( P <0 .0 5或 0 .0 1 ) ,治疗组优于对照组。结论 健脾和胃降逆汤治疗恶性肿瘤病人化疗引起呕吐疗效确切。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Jianpi Hewei Jiangni decoction on controlling vomit induced by chemotherapy of malignant tumor. Methods 216 patients of tumor were randomly allocated to two groups. In treatment group (n=108) the decoction was utilized and in control group (n=108) routine treatment was applied to control vomit induced by chemotherapy. Results The total effective rate concludes controlling vomit and increasing weight was significantly higher in treatment group (98%) compared with those in control group (63%, P<0.01). Conclusions Jianpi Hewei Jiangni decoction can produce definite effect on controlling vomit induced by chemotherapy of malignant tumor.
