心力宝胶囊治疗病态窦房结综合征临床观察

Treatment of sick sinus syndrome using Xinlibao capsule

目的 观察自制中药制剂心力宝胶囊对病态窦房结综合征 (病窦综合征 )的疗效。方法 根据临床症状、心电图、食管心房调搏结果等轻重程度不同 ,治疗组 60例口服心力宝胶囊 3～ 6粒 ,每日 3次 ;对照组 30例口服阿托品 0 .3～ 0 .6mg,每日 3次。结果 治疗组总有效率优于对照组 ( P <0 .0 5) ,窦房结恢复时间改变也优于对照组 ( P <0 .0 1 )。结论 心力宝胶囊治疗病窦综合征疗效确切。

Objective To evaluate the effect of Xinlibao capsule on sick sinus syndrome. Methods 90 patients with sick sinus syndrome were allocated to treatment group and control group. In control group (n30) atropine was taken orally (0.3~0.6 mg, three times a day) and in treatment group (n=60), Xinlibao capsule was taken at a dose of 3~6 pills, three times a day. Effect was evaluated according to clinical symptoms, ECG and Transesophageal Atrial pacing. Results The overall effective rate in treatment group (93.33%) is much more higher than that in control group (73.33%, P<0.01) Conclusions Xinlibao capsule can produce a precise effect on sick sinus syndrome.
