摘要 目的 探讨EBER1/2及LMP 1在不同类型NHL中的表达及意义。方法 用LMP 1免疫组化与EBER1/2原位杂交检测 5 4例TCL ,6 3例BCL及 2 6例NK/T淋巴瘤。结果 EBER1/2阳性率在BCL、TCL、NK/T淋巴瘤中分别是 9 5 %、37 0 %、46 2 % ,BCL组与TCL组和NK/T组比较 ,均有显著差异 (P <0 0 1) ,其中阳性病例大多数位于上呼吸道。LMP 1阳性率在EBER1/2阳性的BCL、TCL、NK/T淋巴瘤中分别是 16 7%、30 0 %、16 7% ,3组比较无显著差异。结论 ①EBV与BCL的关系不大 ,与TCL和NK/T淋巴瘤密切相关 ;②NHL中EBV感染具有部位依赖性 ,上呼吸道感染率明显高于其它部位 ;③LMP 1在各种类型NHL中的表达较低 ,不能作为一种常规检测EBV的方法。 Objective To investigation the expression of EBER1/2 and LMP 1 in non Hodgkin's lymphomas. Methods Total 143 cases of non Hodgkin's lymphomas (NHL), including 54 T cell lymphomas(TCL), 63 B cell lymphomas(BCL) and 26 NK/T cell lymphomas, were analyzed with in situ hybridization of EBER1/2 and immunohistochemistry of LMP 1. Results Expression of EBER1/2 were detected in 9.5%(6/63) BCL, 37.0%(20/54) TCL and 46.2%(12/26) NK/T lymphomas. A significant difference among the BCL group and the other groups were found (P<0.01). Most EBER1/2 positive cases were originated from upper respiratory tract. The LMP 1 positivity was distributed in 16.7%(1/6) BCL, 30.0%(6/20) TCL and 16.7%(2/12) NK/T lymphomas, no significant difference were showed in the three groups. Conclusions ①EBV was a important pathogenetic factor in TCL and NK/T lymphomas and no direct relations with BCL. ②EBV infection was site restricted, EBV was highly expressed in upper respiratory tract lymphomas. ③Expression of LMP 1 were lower in EBV positive NHL. LMP 1 could not as a routine way to detect the EBV infection.
