危险货物运输信息系统的改进构思

摘要 通过比较与分析国内外危险货物运输信息系统,指出了我国危险货物运输信息系统的不足。作者认为应利用系统工程的方法和理念分析危险货物运输过程中各个作业环节之间的衔接和联系,加强各部门之间的信息共享,并从系统中人的管理、设备管理等方面提出了改进措施,从而使危险货物运输信息系统能更好地发挥作用。最后,作者结合现代技术,讨论了危险货物运输信息系统的发展方向。 The information systems of dangerous goods transportation at home and abroad were described and contrasted in this paper. The deficiency existed in the dangerous goods transport information system of China was pointed out. In order to strengthen the information sharing among the different departments, the system engineering method and concept should be used in the process of dangerous goods transport. Some suggestions, such as improving the human source management, equipment management etc., were proposed by the authors. Combined with the modern technology and the analysis, the system's development direction was discussed
