摘要
本文介绍了商丘职业技术学院"示范后"加强内涵建设的做法之一,即用科研激励机制调动教师的科研积极性,以达到用教师自身素质提高促进教学质量提高。文章以实际动态过程为例子,分析了科研激励"办法"规定出台背景,用教师科研行为变化和科研数据对比,归纳了"办法"规定在2011年所发挥的作用和产生的效果,以期探索高职院校科研管理体制建立的科研激励机制。
This article introduced one of the methods that Shangqiu Polytechnic is doing to strengthen connotation construction after demonstration construction, i. e. :incentive mechanism of scientific research (IMSR) is used to mobilize the positivity of scientific research. Through this method teachers can improve teaching quality by enhancing their own quality. The writer took the practical dynamic process as an example, analyzed the coming out back ground of the Regulation of Scientific Research, and induced the functions and effects that the regulation played in 2011 using the method of comparison of data and thought change.
