漯河市现代农业园区建设促进了农业结构调整,加快了新品种和新技术的引进,增加了农民的收入,但还存在着制约其发展的土地、体制、服务等问题,建议应该从整体规划、发展模式、财政支持、人才培养等方面给予政策层面的支持。

The construction of modem agricultural park in Luohe city promoted the adjustment of agricultural structure, and accelerate the introduction of new varieties and new technologies, increase farmer＇ s income, but there still exists the development problems of land, mechanism, service and so on, so we suggest the government should support by overall planning, development mode, financial, personnel training and others of policy.
