Theory of meta-cognition stresses on the knowledge cognition, individual experience and self-supervision of the learning agent. The coordination and interaction of the three factors promote learner autonomy learning ability cultivation. In English teaching, the reasonable design, appropriate guidance can effectively stimulate the students＇ learning motivation.
