农民工档案管理问题初探

随着我国经济社会的快速发展和城镇化水平的提高,进城务工农民日渐成为城市经济发展的主力军。做好农民工档案的建立与管理,是解决好农民工问题,推进社会主义新农村建设的一项重要基础性工作。新形势下如何规范建立管理农民工档案,真正发挥农民工档案的作用,使其在农民工资源开发利用、权益保障等方面切实产生效用,不仅必要而且必须。本文比较透彻地分析了农民工档案的现状和存在的问题,提出了一些切实可行的建议。

With China＇ s rapid economic and social development and the improvement of urbanization level, migrant farmers entering city have become the main force of economic development. To establish and manage migrant work- ers archives well is the important foundation work to solve the problems of migrant workers, promote the construction of new socialist countryside. Under the new situation, how to regulate the establishment of migrant workers archives, to play a real role of migrant workers archives, to make migrant workers resources make out practical role in devel- opment, utilization, protection of the rights is not only necessary but must. This paper analyzed the existence ques- tions of migrant workers file, and puts forward some feasible suggestions.
