世界级饮料企业——以可口可乐公司为例最佳人力资源实践质性研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文以可口可乐公司为个案,通过文本分析和个案研究等质性研究方法,应用战略人力资源管理和标杆管理理论,提炼出饮料行业世界级企业最佳人力资源四维实践结构,包括雇主品牌建设的人力资源吸引实践、内部人培养为核心的开发实践、以人性化为核心运营实践以及绩效导向的流动和退出实践。
