摘要
目的 对正畸患者口腔中牙龈卟啉单胞菌等牙周致病菌进行检测。方法 选择 16例固定正畸患者发生牙周炎症的牙周袋和牙周健康的龈袋为取菌斑样本点 ,分成牙周炎症组和对照组。根据改良聚合酶链反应检测技术 ,直接检测临床标本中牙龈卟啉单胞菌的FimA基因 ,并做此检测技术的敏感性和特异性实验。结果 牙周炎组牙龈卟啉单胞菌的检测阳性率 (5 6 .3% )显著大于对照组 (18.8% ) ,P <0 .0 5。检测技术的敏感性和特异性较高。结论 改良聚合酶链反应检测技术是一种敏感的基因检测方法 。
Objective The present study evaluated a sensitive gene detection technique for microbiological changes in periodontal pockets during orthodontic therapy.Methods Sixteen,11 to 13 year-old children with fixed appliances completed the study.One subgingingival microflora sample at periodontally healthy site and one sample at site with gingival inflammation were collected in each patient when fixed appliances were inserted 6-7 months later.Samples in periodontally healthy group and gingivitis group were matched for the same patient.Polymerase chain reaction was used to detect fimbrilin gene of Porphyromonas gingivalis in the samples.Results Statistically significant differences were reported regarding frequency of detection of Porphyromonas gingivalis between the groups,with the healthy group 18.8% and gingivitis group 56.3% .Conclusion The results demonstrate that the gene detection technique is sensitive for detecting microbiological changes in orthodontic therapy.It can be developed as an efficient method for monitoring preiodontal health during orthodontic treatment.
