摘要
目的 探讨Dyract复合体修复前牙切角缺损的可行性。 方法 应用Dyract复合体充填材料修复 6 2颗患牙 ,并以光固化复合树脂做为对照 ,二者均辅以自攻自断螺旋固位钉以增强固位 ,共 10 8颗牙 ,随访 18~ 2 4个月。结果 Dyract复合体的成功率为 95 .16 % ,高于光固化复合树的 80 .43% (P <0 .0 5 ) ,尤其是对龋齿的修复二者有明显差别 ,而冠折修复无显著性差别。结论 Dyract复合体因具有良好的机械及生物性能 ,粘结力强 ,边缘封闭好及氟释出 ,对牙髓刺激小等优点 。
Objective To evaluate the effect of restoring incisal corner defect with Dyract.Methods Dyract complex was used to restore 62 incisal corner defect caused by dental caries or crown fracture involving both the enamel and dentin.46 teeth light-cured composite resin restorations with an appropriate self-shearing pin served as the control group.The restorations were followed up for 18~24 months.Results The success rate of Dyract group was 95.16% ,which had a remarkable difference compared with composite resin group (P< 0.05 ),especially in the dental caries restorations (P< 0.05 ).Conclusion Dyract complex has good mechanical and biological characteristics,strong bond strength,less stimulation to the pulp,and releases fluoride.
