摘要
教学论是理论学科抑或应用学科的观点分歧割裂了学与术的关系,造成了教学论两种研究取向的相对而立,阻碍了其科学化进程;实践取向研究的泛化,模糊了学科与专业二者的界域,使教学论研究遵循专业的实用思维,却降低了其学科品位;全角认识的缺失及学科自我更新的停滞,忽视了理论与实践固有的内在冲突,人为地造成了二者的陌路;教学论研究者追求职业的功利情结,放弃了崇尚学术事业的卓越,使教学论研究陷入说不上去、做不下去、走不出去和返不回去的尴尬境地;期待学术体制改革来破解当前困局,倒不如从学界、学校、学者和学风等方面革新学术文化机制来引水顺渠。
The divergence of opinions whether teaching theory is a theoretical discipline or an applied discipline separates the academic research orientation from practical research orientation of teaching theory and hinders its scientific process. The generalization of the practice-orientated study blurs the boundaries between discipline and profession, making researchers trapped in the professional and practical thinking, and lowering its discipline grade. The lack of comprehensive understanding and the stagnation of self-renewal as a discipline make the researchers ignore the inherent conflicts between theory and practice, and cause them separated. The fact that researchers advocate the utilitarianism of profession and give up the pursuit for excellence of academic career makes teaching theory research fall into a dilemma in which it can't continue or return to the original status. It is suggested that we should solve these problems depending on the innovation of academic and cultural mechanisms in academic community, school, scholar and academic atmosphere instead of the innovation of academic system.
