RP-HPLC法同时测定洛斯宝活血素口服液中两组份的含量

SIMULTANEOUS DETERMINATION OF DIHYDROERGOKRYPTINE(MESYLATE) AND CAFFEINE IN VASOBRAL ORAL LIQUID BY RP HPLC

目的 :测定洛斯宝活血素口服液中二氢麦角隐亭 (甲磺酰盐 )和咖啡因的含量。方法 :在ODS柱上 ,以0 0 5mol·L 1 KH2 PO4溶液 (pH2 5) 乙腈 (5 4)为流动相 ,紫外检测波长 2 2 3nm。 结果 :二氢麦角隐亭的平均回收率为 99 94% ,RSD为 0 1 7% ,咖啡因的平均回收率为 1 0 0 34 % ,RSD为 0 2 5 %。结论

OBJECTIVE:An RP HPLC method has been studied to determine the contents of dihydroergokryptine (mesylate) and caffeine in vasobral oral liquid METHODS:The chromatographic condition are listed below:ODS column,UV detector wavelength 225 nm and a mobile phase 0.05mol·L 1 KH 2PO 4 (pH adjusted to 2.5 with phosphate acid).RESULTS:The average recoveries for dihydroergokryptine(mesylate) and caffeine of the method are 99.94% ( RSD = 0.17 %, n =5),100.34%( RSD =0.25%, n =5),respectively.CONCLUSION:The method is simple ,rapid and reliable.
