主成份回归分光光度法测定安痛定注射液中各组份 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :测定安痛定注射液中各组份。方法 :用主成份回归法同时测定安痛定注射液样品中各组份含量 ,且对该法与地方标准法测得的结果进行了t检验。结果 :该法测得氨基比林、安替比林、巴比妥的平均回收率分别为 1 0 0 0 % ,99 4% ,99 8% ,RSD分别为 0 63 % ,0 70 % ,1 2 %。t检验表明 ,两者无显著差异。结论 OBJECTIVE:All components in Antongding injection were determined rapidly and precisely by principal component regression(PCR) spectrophotometry.METHODS:All components in Antongding injection were determined simultaneously by principal component regression(PCR).The results obtained by PCR were compared with those obtained by standard method through t test.RESULTS:The average recovery and relative standard deviation( RSD ) of amidopyrine,phenazone,barbital were 100.0%,0.63%;99.4%,0.70%;99.8%, 1.2% respectively.It showed by t test that there was no significant difference between the results of PCR and standard method.CONCLUSION:PCR can be simultaneously applied to multicomponetnt analysis of compound pharmaceutical preparations.
