HPLC法测定头孢氨苄胶囊的含量

DETERMINATION OF CEPHALEXIN CAPSULES BY HPLC

目的 :建立头孢氨苄胶囊的含量测定方法。方法 :采用反相高效液相外标法测定。结果 :平均回收率为99 1 4 % ,RSD为 0 87%。线性范围为 1 0～ 2 50 μg·ml 1 (r=0 .9999)。最低检测限可达 0 1ng。 结论 :该法快速准确 ,灵敏度高 。

OBJECTIVE:To develop a method for determining the content of Cephalexin in capsules.METHODS:The content of Cephalexin was determined by HPLC.The chromatographic conditions comprised ODS column(250 mm×4.6 mm,4μm),a mixture of 0.01 mol·L 1 ammonium acetate solution(adjusted to pH4.0 with acetic acid) methanol(70∶30) as molile phase,the flow rate being 0.8 ml·min 1 ,the detective wavelengh being 262 nm,and the column temperature maintaining at 25℃ RESULTS:The average recovery was 99.14% and RSD was 0.87%.The linear range was 10～250 μg·ml 1 ( r =0.9999).The limit of detection was 0.1 ng.CONCLUSION:The method was rapid,accurate and sensitive.
