摘要
介绍了用RV-20黏度计测定聚醋酸乙烯-甲醇溶液的流变性能,认为实验室制备的聚醋酸乙烯-甲醇溶液,在高温段介于牛顿流体和非牛顿流体之间。进而讨论了甲醇配比、反应温度对溶液的黏度和聚合度等影响因素。
The rheological properties of polyvinyl acetate - methanol solution were determined with RV - 20 viscometer. Result showed that the polyvinyl acetate - methanol solution prepared in laboratory was between Newtonian and non Newtonian fluid at high temperature. The effects of methanol ratio and reaction temperature on viscosity and polymerization degree of solution were discussed.
