摘要
基于高强工业丝产品的生产工艺,对螺杆温度、罗拉温度、松弛率等技术参数进行优化,生产出强度≥8.00 cN/dtex、伸度中心值(17.0±2.0)%和干热指标≤5.0%的2222dtex/384f规格的涤纶工业丝产品。
Based on the production process of high - strength industrial filament products, the technical parameters such as screw temperature, roller temperature and relaxation rate were optimized, so that the 2222dtex/384f polyester industrial filament product with strength ≥8.00 cN/dtex, extension center value （ 17.0± 2.0） % and dry heat index ≤5.0% was produced.
