3种血清肿瘤标志在乳腺癌治疗中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨3种血清肿瘤标志在乳腺癌手术疗效和转移复发监测中的应用价值。方法:应用酶联免疫吸附双抗夹心法测定组织多肽抗原(TPA)、CA15-3和癌胚抗原(CEA).共测定35例健康成人及55例乳腺癌患者,并对其中41例患者进行了术后随访检测。结果:健康成人组血清TPA为(0.5 ± 0.2)μg/ L、CA15-3为(16,1±5.5).×103U/L,CEA为(2.6±1.2)μg/L。乳腺癌患者Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ期3项肿瘤标志均较健康成人组有明显增高,有显著差异意义(P<0.05)。术后和术后转移复发组3种肿瘤标志检测结果与术前差异无显著意义(P>0.05);但3种肿瘤标志在术后组有明显降低,在转移复发时与术前相比有明显增高。3项联合检测的敏感性为87.5%,特异性为 89.7%。结论:TPA、CA、15-3和CEA 3项肿瘤标志联合检测对乳腺癌术后疗效监测及判断肿瘤进展有意义。 Objective: To evaluate the Application of three tumor markers in breast cancer with operation and metastatic pa- tients. Methods: TPA, CA 15-3 and CEA were detected by enzyme linked mimunceorbent sandwich assay. 35 healthy adults and 55 patients with breast cancer (TNM stage) were detected. Results: In the healthy group,TPA,CA 15-3and CEA were (0. 5±0.2)ug/L (16.1±5.5)×103U/L,(2.6±1.2)ug/L,respectively.The level of the three tumor markers in pa- tients with breast cancer (TNM,Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ)was higher in the patients than in the healthy group (p<0.05).After o- pration and metastatic,and metastatic,a marked decrease and increase in these values were observed (P>0.05).The sensitivity of three tu- mor markers was 87.5%,their specificity was 89.7%.Conclusion:The three tumor markers are of value in monitoring breast cancer operation and prognosis.
