The medieval society formed a special dual structure,namely the church represent the crown states and theocratic coexisting at the same time,the power struggle between them deeply affect the whole medieval form of the social development.The British religious reform that started in sixteenth Century had complete changed ruling power structure of British society： the King of mundane head of government became the supreme master of British secular and religious authority.Religious reform had produced profound effect on the relations of British university and secular government.
