摘要
教师考核应该坚持公平、差异、整体、客观、激励的原则,突出体现教师考核对提高教学质量的激励作用。根据多元化人才结构考核的需要,设计了A、B、C、D、E考核模块,在这5个模块下面又设计有相应的二级和三级模块,通过模块的优化组合从而提高教师考核的有效性。
The teacher’s evaluation should adhere to the principle of fairness,difference,overall,objective and motivation,highlight the incentive effect of improving the teaching quality by teacher evaluation.According to the need of talent diversity assessment,the article designed the evaluation module of A,B, C,D,E,and designed a corresponding two level and three level module under the 5 module,and enhance the effectiveness of teacher evaluation by module optimization.
