硕士研究生人际交往实证分析——以M大学为例

Empirical Analysis of Graduate Student Interpersonal Communication——Taking M University as an Example

通过对M大学8个主要院系(人文、理工各4个)进行抽样问卷调查,分析硕士研究生人际交往的现状及其问题。结果发现,研究生人际交往在"性别、年级、学科、是否跨学科、本科学校类型、是否有工作经验、生源地"7个维度上没有显著差异,但在父母职业为"国企私企管理者"与父母职业为"农民、其他"上两者差异显著,且前者人际关系好于后者5倍以上。在相关研究上,硕士研究生人际交往与"课程成绩要求、应激反应、专业兴趣"呈正相关,但与"平时自学时间"没有表现出相关关系。

Based on sampling questionnaire survey of 8 main faculties（4 Colleges of HUMANITIES and 4 Science and Engineering） of the M University,the article analyzed the situation and problems of graduate student interpersonal communication.It was found that there were no significant difference in7 dimensions of the ＂sex,grade,discipline,whether interdisciplinary,type of undergraduate university,whether there are work experience,and the born district＂ in the graduate students interpersonal communication,but the difference between the parents occupation as the state-owend enterprise and private enterprise management＂ and the parental occupation as ＂farmer,other＂ is significant,and the good interpersonal relationship is 5 times above the latter.In related research,the postgraduate students interpersonal relationships with a positively relation to the ＂curriculum marks requirements,stress response,professional interest＂,but did not show correlation with the ＂usually self-study time＂.
