在东北亚区域内,俄罗斯巨大的油气产能与中国、日本和韩国巨大的油气消费构成了很强的互补性。加强俄罗斯与东北亚地区能源净进口国的双边合作符合各方的长远利益。当前,俄罗斯和东北亚国家的双边能源关系正在稳步发展。虽然合作当中不无挑战,但目前,东北亚区域内已客观形成了供需市场链,区域内的能源合作潜力巨大、前景广阔。

In the northeast Asia region,the huge oilgas producing capacity of Russia,together with the huge demand for the consumption of oil-gas of China,Japan,and ROK,forms the strong complementarity.So,it is in the interests of every concerning side in the region to strengthen the relationship between Russia and the net energy-import countries.For the time being,the bilateral energy cooperation among Russia and the concerning northeast Asia countries is smoothly developing.Although there are indeed some challenges occurring now and then,the supply-demand chains of international energy cooperation in the region have been established with quite promise for the future.
