养心健脑方治疗阿尔茨海默病临床研究

CLINICAL STUDY ON HEART AND BRAIN BENEFITING FORMULA IN TREATING ALZHEIMER' S DEMENTIA

目的：观察具有益心气、通心窍作用的复方──养心健脑方治疗阿尔茨海默病（ＡＤ）的临床疗效，并与西药脑复康对照组比较。方法：选择 ＤＳＭ－Ⅲ Ｒ、ＨＤＳ、ＡＤＬ、ＣＲＢＲＳ等国际流行量表进行诊断，对智力、日常生活能力、认知功能及精神行为方面作疗效评估。疗程３个月。结果：养心健脑方对ＡＤ患者的智力、日常生活能力、多项认知功能均有不同程度的改善，明显优于脑复康，其中养心健脑方对ＡＤ患者的智力总有效率为７８．７９％，对日常生活能力总有效率为５７．５８％，对定向力总有效率为６６．６７％，对远期记忆总有效率为６０．６１％，对常识能力总有效率为３９．３９％，两组相比有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．００５）。而计算力、近记忆力、理解交谈能力、神情等方面虽有不同程度的改善，但两组相比无显著差异。结论：养心健脑方对ＡＤ的智力、日常生活能力和认知功能中的定向力、远期记忆、常识，以及社交能力中的合作力有明显的改善作用。尤其值得注意的是对其核心症状──智力减退和记忆障碍有明显作用。

Thirty-three cases of Alzheimer's dementia(AD)were treated with Heart and Brain Benefiting Formula (HBBF). These were selected in accordance with DSM- Ⅲ R,HDS,ADL and CRBRS. The therapeutic effects were judged according to ability to deal with daily life,cognition functions and ability to social activity. Fifteen cases were treated with piracetam for 3 months as control group. The results showed that the effects of HBBF were better as compared with piracetam. Total effective rates of HBBF were 78. 79% in intelligence,57. 58% in ability to deal with daily life, 66. 67% in ability to orientation, 60. 61% in remote memory, 39. 39% in general knowledge. There were remarkable differences between the two groups. HBBF was beneficial to abilities of calculation,recent memory, nuderstanding and talking, and psychiatric symptoms, whereas there was no statistical differences compared with control group.
