摘要
笔者作为大型国有企业具体实施风险管控的工作人员,对如何做好管控类企业全面风险管理体系建设进行了有益的探索和研究。包括拟订公司全面风险管理暂行办法、健全风险评估机制、组织所属企业召开风险管理研讨会、举办全面风险管理和内部控制培训班、创新风险管控模式、加大风险管理职能的覆盖范围等。
As a staff in charge of executing the risk management and controlling in large state-owned enterprise,I have made a through exploration and research on how to build and enhance the enterprise-wide risk management system including the following aspects:Developing the interim measures for the comprehensive risk management、Sounding the risk evaluation mechanism、Organizing the risk management seminar including all affiliated companies、Holding comprehensive risk management and internal control training class、Innovating risk control mode、Increasing the coverage of risk management functions.
