摘要
以清热化痰、宁心定悸复脉为组方原则，选择有效药物组成心速宁胶囊，用于治疗快速性心律失常，并与西药普罗帕酮或氨酰心安对照，观察其临床疗效。结果表明，心速宁胶囊能明显改善患者的临床症状，总有效率达９１．７％，明显优于西药对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）；治疗快速性心律失常的总有效率为８５％，与西药对照组疗效相近。说明心速宁胶囊不仅能有效改善患者临床症状，而且能纠正患者痰热扰心的病理状态。
Based on the principle of clearing heat,dissolving phlegm,relieving mental stress,resisting fear and restoring pulse,Xinsuning capsules (quick-stabilizer of heart) capsule is composed of effective medical materials and is used for treating rapid arrhythmia. The clinical curative effects of the medicine is observed and compared with those of propafenone and atenoloum. It is shown that this medicine can obviously alleviate the clinic symptoms and improve the constitution of patients with a total efficiency rate of 91. 7%,which is evidently higher than that of the above mentioned western medicines (P<0.05). The total efficiency rate of the former in treating rapid arrhythmia is 85. 0%,similar to that of the latter. It is indicated that the pathologic state of the patients whose hearts disturbed by phlegmy heat can be improved as well.
