一种新型无线音视频协调系统在高压线路铁塔高空作业中的应用

摘要 从我国电力建设施工的现状出发,提供了一套新型的高压线路铁塔高空作业无线音视频协调系统,用于解决传统通过喊话方式进行施工过程协调沟通的缺陷。系统包含有地面指挥站、若干个高空作业站以及远程监控端,通过2.4G的频段将视频音频信息汇总进行监控、管理及保存。该系统在施工过程中进行了实际运用,现场实验证明,该系统在高压铁塔的建设施工中作用明显,大大降低了高压线路铁塔高空作业的施工难度。 In this paper, considering the status quo of China's electric power construction, a set of new wireless audio -video coordination system has been provided for the aerial work on high voltage transmission line towers, in order to solve the deficiency of the traditional coordination and communication way of shouting during construction. The system contains a ground command station, a number of aerial work stations and some remote monitoring terminals. By using 2.4G frequency band, video and audio information is aggregated for monitoring, management and saving. The system has been applied in a construction process, and the field tests prove that the system works well in the construction of high voltage tower, greatly reducing the difficulty of construction on the high-voltage transmission line towers.
