急性全髓增殖症伴骨髓纤维化一例并文献复习
摘要
目的提高对急性全髓增殖症伴骨髓纤维化（APMF）这一少见疾病的认识。方法对一例APMF患者资料进行回顾分析并复习文献。结果患者为男性，52岁，临床表现为全血细胞减少，外周血和骨髓可见少量幼稚细胞，骨髓“干抽”，骨髓纤维化，脾脏不大，临床过程呈现进展状态，最后表现为急性粒细胞性白血病，患者在1年内死亡。结论APMF是一个独立的疾病，需注意与急性骨髓纤维化、急性白血病伴骨髓纤维化、急性髓系白血病伴多系发育异常等疾病相鉴别。
