体外循环术后病人的临床带教体会

摘要 目的探讨对实习护生在体外循环术后病人中的临床带教效果。方法对2009年7月~2011年5月参加体外循环术后病人实习的40名护生,均由经过规范化培训的带教老师采取讲解、示范、指导等方法进行带教,实习结束进行理论及操作考核,体现带教水平。结果 40名护生掌握了体外循环术后病人的监护要求,理论及操作考核满意,实习护生对带教老师的评价也提高。结论临床实习是重要的教学环节,特别是对专科知识的实习,带教老师必须积极寻找简便易懂、易记忆的教学方法,并且善于归纳总结,这样才能提高护生的实习效率,保证护生顺利完成实习,带教水平才会明显提高。
