Ⅱ度烧伤患者应用综合护理干预的效果观察

Application of comprehensive nursing intervention in burn patients

目的探讨综合护理干预在烧伤患者护理中的应用效果。方法将我院2009～2011年间收治的86例Ⅱ度烧伤患者随机分为干预组和对照组,每组各43例,对照组患者给予常规护理,干预组患者在此基础上给予心理护理、疤痕护理、康复护理等综合护理干预,观察两组患者的临床效果。结果干预组患者疼痛评分、2周后的创面愈合率及创面平均愈合时间均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对烧伤患者实施综合护理干预尤为重要,能够显著缓解患者疼痛,缩短伤口愈合时间,加快患者生理及心理功能的恢复。

Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in burn patients. Methods 86 burn patients in our hospital from 2009 to 2011 years were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, 43 cases in each group, patients in control group were given routine nursing, on the basis patients in the intervention group were given comprehensive nursing inter- vention, observed clinical effect of patients in two groups. Results Pain score, wound healing rate and average wound healing time of patients in the intervention group, were superior to the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Carrying out comprehensive nursing intervenlion in burn patients is particularly important, it can relieve patients＇ pain significantly, shorten wound healing time, accelerate the recovery of patients physical and psychological function.
