早期康复护理对急性脑梗死患者功能恢复及生活质量的影响

Impact of early rehabilitation care to patients with acute cerebral infarction functional recovery and quality of life

目的探讨早期康复护理对急性脑梗死患者功能恢复及生活质量的影响。方法选择66例急性脑梗死患者,并随机分为两组,每组各33例,对照组实施常规的内科护理措施,观察组在对照组的基础上实施早期康复护理。干预1个月后,采用欧洲卒中评分法(ESS)和简化Fug1-Meyer量表(FMA)评定功能恢复情况,采用汉化版SF-36评定生活质量。结果干预1个月后,观察组患者的功能恢复情况和生活质量改善情况明显优于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期康复护理不但能够显著地促进患者的功能恢复,还能明显地提高患者的生活质量,值得在临床上加以推广和应用。

Objective To investigate the early rehabilitation nursing on acute cerebral infarction in patients with functional recovery and quality of life. Methods 66 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups, 33 cases in each group, the control group received conventional medical care measures, and the observation group was being the early rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group. One month later, the intervention, using the european stroke score （ESS） and simplify Fugl -- Meyer Scale （FMA） to assess functional recovery, using the SF--36 assessment of the fin- ished version of the quality of life. Results One month later, the functional recovery and quality of life improvement of the observation group were better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Early rehabilitation care can not only contributed significantly to the patient＇s functional recovery, but also significantly improve the quality of life of patients, it is worth to be promoted and applied in the clinical.
