摘要
根据高职项目化教学的现状,以高职课程食品感官检验技术的职业能力为切入点,提出了基于工作任务系统化的多元评价体系。建立了考评能力结构模型、任务评价分解和多元评价指标体系。
On the basis of the current situation in project teaching in higher vocational colleges,the paper starts with the professional competence in the courses of food sensory testing technology,and proposes a multi-evaluation system based on the systematic tasks.The capacity-structure model,task decomposition and index system for evaluation is established.
